Devoted father of Heather Paris of Ripley, TN, Krystal Martin of St. Louis, MO, and Christopher Carter of St. Louis, MO; loving step-father of David Patton, of St. Charles, MO; cherished grandfather of 6 grandchildren; dear brother of Roger Carter of Florissant, MO; beloved uncle of of 6 nieces and nephews, and great-uncle to 7 great-nieces and great-nephews.
Robert was a talented artist, musician, and instrument rated pilot.
A memorial service will be held at a late date in Lamar, Arkansas at Lamar Cemetery.
