Anthony (Tony) Cerra passed away peacefully on September 20*, 2024 with his family by his side.

Tony was born in Farrell, Pennsylvania on January 11", 1945, to Anthony and Eleanor Cerra.

In 1967, he graduated from the University of Maryland on a football scholarship.

He began his career in 1967 with Westinghouse Electric/ABB. After a long and influential career in the electrical power industry he retired in 2006 as Vice President of global supply management for all of ABB.

His retirement was filled with days of golf and fishing. He loved his bass boat and fishing with his buddies. Most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends.

Tony will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 52 years, Jan (Janice); his daughter Ashley Nagel (Craig); and grandson Max Stampehl. He will be dearly missed by his sister Gerry Janoso, his sister and brother in laws, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

The service will be September 30*, 2024, at St. Joseph Parish, 1355 Motherhead Rd, Cottleville, MO. Visitation will be between 10:00-11:00, with the celebration of life mass at 11:00. Luncheon at the parish following the service.

In lieu of flowers donations to the DAV: Disabled American Veterans are appreciated.
