Barbara Ann Windsor (nee: Hacke) passed away on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at the age of 77.
Loving mother of Jennifer (Doug) Morey (nee: Tebeau) and Shelly Bircher; cherished grandmother of Joshua Morey, Samantha Rankin, and Mackenzie Rankin; dearest sister of Paul (Molly) Hacke and Roger Hacke; treasured aunt of Ken Hacke, Kara Taschler (nee: Hacke), Catie Hacke, Tim Hacke, and Adam Hacke.
Barbara was preceded in death by her Husband, Patrick Windsor; her parents, Kenneth and Dorothy (nee: Binsbacher) Hacke; and grandson, Zachary Morey.
Barbara retired as a manufacturing engineer for McDonnell Douglas after a 33 year career. She was an avid sports fan and crafter. Holidays and family gatherings were her greatest joy.
The family has requested that memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, to help aid the research to find a cure. Alzheimer’s affected Barbara for over 20 years, but it never stole her laugh or smile.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 11:00am to 2:00pm on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at The Crossings Church, 115 May Road, Wentzville, MO 63385.
