Camille Rebecca Hodges, 26 years old, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 30th, 2022.
Camille, which everyone called Cami, was born on August 9th, 1995, in Wentzville, Missouri to Michelle Hodges, of Warrenton. Cami was the older sister to Lindsay Dollard, of O’Fallon.
Cami’s greatest achievement in life was her daughter, Lyilah Wakefield. She adored her smart, beautiful 9-year-old daughter, and the young lady she has continuously grown to be. She cherished every moment she spent with Lyilah.
Cami, also, had a passion for the outdoors and spent most of her time in nature. When she had some free time, she enjoyed listening to tunes, hula hooping, visiting parks, and/or going to music festivals with her friends. She truly had a free spirit and was always looking for new adventures, not to mention, making lots of new friends along the way. Her infectious smile was contagious and people couldn't help gravitating towards her.
Left to cherish her memory is her maternal grandmother (but was more like her mother), Linda Pagan, her daughter, Lyilah Wakefield, her mother, Michelle Hodges, her sister, Lindsay Dollard, her nephew Bentley Dollard, her unborn nephew, Hayden Hoff, cousins, aunts, uncles and many close friends who were like family to her.
Celebration of life to be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Cami’s memory can be sent to The Missouri Bank (P.O Box 400 Warrenton, MO 63383) to be placed in Lyilah Wakefield’s savings account. Please also post memories, condolences, photos and/or videos of Cami. Your comments will be invaluable to Lyilah as she grows and wants to continue to learn more about her amazing mother.
