Catherine Cook

Catherine Cook of Saint Charles, MO, passed away at the age of 60 on Saturday, January 18, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Elizabeth Zidzik; and her brother, George Zidzik Jr.

Catherine is survived by her children, Ryan (Katie) Cook and Caitlin (Brett Meeks) Cook; her grandchild, Isaac Meeks; her sister, Virginia (Bob) Ray; her sister-in-law, Ernestine Zidzik; her former husband, Scott Cook; and many nieces, nephews, and other friends.

Catherine was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Cottleville, where she helped out however she could, and had a legacy of service by volunteering her time and talents at the VFW, the American Legion, and as a former scout leader. She enjoyed watching and listening to country music videos or catching a good show on television. Her cat, Soco, held a special place in Catherine’s heart. Going out with friends and family to enjoy a fun night out was something Catherine always looked forward. She always treasured the memories she made with the people closest to her. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
