Catherine Wagner

A much-loved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Catherine Wagner, 73, of St. Louis, Missouri passed away peacefully at her home December 25, 2018 surrounded by family. She currently resided in O’fallon, Missouri for the past 4 years, having moved from Fulton Missouri to be closer to family and friends. She graduated from Corpus Christi in 1963, and was a professional in the banking and healthcare industries.

She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Robert Wagner of St. Louis, Missouri; sons David Ryan and wife Cheryl, Jeff Ryan and Corrine Griffin, Eric Ryan and wife Heather; daughter Dana Ryan and Greg Schwaab; sons Mike Wagner and wife Lisa, Chad Wagner and Lisa Van Middlesworth; granddaughters Heather, Danielle, Rachel, Grace, Katelyn, and Madelyn; grandson Conall; great-granddaughter Andi; brother Frank Thomas and wife Lorraine; sister-in-law Rose Thomas. She was preceded in death by her father Earl Thomas and mother Ann Wobbe Thomas; brother Robert Thomas.

Cathy loved spending time with her family and friends, laughing and always wearing a smile on her face. She was a loving and caring person, always thinking of others first. “To know her was to love her.”

A public visitation will be held at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 2, 2019, followed by a Memorial Service at 1:00 p.m. at Baue Funeral Home, located at 311 Wood St. O’fallon, Missouri 63366.
