Charles (Charlie) A. Bolfing, beloved husband of 56 years of Brenda (Boyce) Bolfing, adored father of David Bolfing and Julia (Chad) Holliday, and treasured Grandpa of Evan and Carter Holliday, passed away on May 30, 2020. He was preceded in death by his devoted parents, Charles E. and Mildred Bolfing.
Charlie enjoyed a 37-year career as a beer brewer at Anheuser-Busch. He was an avid duck hunter and expert fisherman. He was also a lifelong fan of the Tigers of the University of Missouri-Columbia (MIZZOU) and attended hundreds of home and away football and basketball games to cheer them on.
Known for his smile and kindness to all, Charlie will be remembered and missed by many friends and loved ones.
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, a private burial will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
Rest in Peace, dear Charlie. M-I-Z!
