Don J. Schiffman

Don John Schiffman of O'Fallon, MO passed away on Friday, August 12, 2016 at the age of 79. Devoted husband of 58 years to Mary Alice (Blubaugh) Schiffman; loving father of Barney Schiffman (Michelle Lewis), Diane Williams (Chuck), Ellen Robert (Joe), Kathy Branam (Larry) and Mary Jo Dieckhaus (Matt); cherished grandfather of Alex Lewis, Adam Lewis, Chaz Williams, Hanna (Williams) Krestel, Jeff Williams, Jessica Williams, Joey Robert, Katie (Robert) Sunshine, Tommy Robert, Amanda Branam, Ashley (Branam) Eversole, Abby Branam, Jacob Dieckhaus and Zeke Dieckhaus; dearest great-grandfather of Mia Branam, Aiden Eversole, Chantz Krestel, Zeke Williams, Paxton Krestel, Mercedez Eversole, and Ethan. Don is preceded in death by his parents, Bernard and Marion Schiffman; his sister and brother-in-law, Marlene and Jim Cook; his nephew, Michael Cook; and his mother-and-father-in-law, Lemuel and Gertrude Blubaugh.

The family is being served by Cremation Society of Missouri.

Visitation will be on Thursday, August 18, from 9:30 a.m. '“ 11:30 a.m. Following visitation, a mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception of Dardenne, 7717 Hwy N, Dardenne Prairie, MO 63368.

In lieu of flowers, Mass cards or Memorial Contributions may be made to a Parkinson's Foundation.
