Donna Jean Kendall (née: Hale), 72, of Saint Charles, Missouri, peacefully passed away on June 12, 2022 surrounded by loved ones.
Donna was born on January 29, 1950 to Carlie Hale, Jr. and Lena Camp (née: Blankenship) in Somerset, Kentucky. After Donna graduated from Paxton High school in 1968, she pursued and excelled as a legal assistant. Donna was passionate about helping others and enjoyed what she did for a living.
After retiring, Donna had time to pursue her love of painting, decorating, rooting for her beloved STL Cardinals and Blues, watching Duke and UK basketball games and spending time with her two daughters, family and friends.
Donna is survived by her two daughters, Rene (Michael) Burke and Brigit Parkinson; her mother, Lena Camp; and her brother, Larry (Diana) Hale and their two sons, Jade Tavenner and Corey (Dawn) Tavenner. She is preceded in death by her father, Carlie Hale, Jr.; her step-father, Ronald Camp; her brother, Jack Hale; and her two nephews, Lucas and Clayton Hale.
Funeral mass will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church on July 9, 2022 at 10:00 AM with a celebration of life to follow. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the
Cystic Fibrosis Foundation-Gateway Chapter, a nonprofit organization Donna was passionate about.
