Doris A. Neill

Doris Ann Neill, 81, of Wright City, MO passed on November 4th, 2023 in his home with her loving family by her side.

Doris was married to Daniell Williaby Neill on July 2, 1960 in Arnold Missouri.  They were married for more than 63 years.

Doris was a loving and devoted wife, mother, homemaker and business owner.  Along with her husband Dan, she bought, upgraded and sold more than 18 homes during her working years.  Doris was also very active in her church and practiced her faith each and every day.   If a woman is measured by work ethic, integrity and the willingness to sacrifice for others, then Doris was among the greatest of women. 

Doris is survived by two sons, David Andrew Neill and Michael Patrick Neill; her two grandsons, Michael Calvin Neill and Nathan Daniell Neill; and her sister Barbara. 

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Dan, her father Leonard Hopper, her mother Helen Hopper, her brother Charles, and her sister Vera. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the American Cancer Society.  The family of Doris Neill wish to thank the wonderful staff of St. Croix Hospice.
