Ernst Smole

Smole, Ernst, 91, passed away quietly on Saturday, January 12, 2019. Ernest was born in Czechoslovakia on September 12, 1927 but lived most of his life in St. Louis, MO. He retired from Washington University. Loving husband of the late Irmgard Smole; dear father of Christa (Klaus) Boldorf, the late Guenther Smole, Margot Exner, Monica (Steve) Frank, and Rick Smole. He was a grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather, uncle, brother-in-law, and friend to many.
