Herschel Vance (Buster), 33 years old, passed away on May 23rd, 2024. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on September 19th, 1990.
He was a loving son, brother, uncle, great uncle and friend to many with a huge heart. He is survived by his mother Melissa Vance, sister Jennifer Vance, brother Eric Vance, niece Samantha Hammer, great niece Thea Stephens. Herschel is preceded in death by his father Herschel A. Vance and brother Keith Vance.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Dames Park on June 16th, 2024 from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.
