James E. Booker

James "Jimbo" Ernest Booker of Saint Peters, MO passed away surrounded by loved ones on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at the age of 72. Born on October 10, 1946 to Bonnie and Burnis Booker. He was a graduate of Normandy High School in 1964. Loving husband of Pamela Booker; loving father of Brian Booker, Christine Booker, Keith Booker, Nicole (nee: Booker) Skrabala, Amanda (nee: Booker) Collins, Jamie (nee: Booker) Mapel, Nick Booker, Adrienne (nee: Booker) Tarro, Erin (nee: Booker) Cavedine, Adam Booker; cherished grandfather of Gabrielle Booker, Cole Mohundro, Austin Bears, Collin Bears, Taylor Booker, Kian Collins, Ava Rusbacky, Conner Booker, Caiman Collins, Audrey Skrabala, Dominic Booker, Lucas Booker, Bennett Booker, Brinley Mapel, Oliver Mapel, Basil Tarro; cherished great-grandfather of Nova Carpenter; dearest brother of Frank Booker, Anne Rosemann, Mary Lou Buchta. James was preceded in death by his son Adam Booker, his parents Burnis Booker and Bonnie (nee: Grigg) Booker, and his sister Anne Rosemann.

Jimbo loved family, friends, playing the drums, and going to Blue’s games with Angelo. He was everyone’s friend and the life of the party. Jim’s smile will never fade and is a light that will always shine bright.

A Visitation will be held from 9:00-10:00 AM, followed by a Memorial Service from 10:00-11:00 AM, Friday, March 8, 2019 at All Saints Catholic Church at 5 McMenamy Road, Saint Peters, MO 63376. A luncheon will follow upon commencement of the Memorial Service. Flowers may be sent to All Saints Catholic Church.
