Kelly, Joseph, 94, of St. Peters, MO died on August 22, 2020.
Joseph was born in St. Louis, MO. He graduated from McBride High School and attended the University of Michigan and served in the U.S. Navy.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Frances (nee: Mainieri.) He is survived by his daughter, Lynda Ulm and son Robert (Diane) Kelly. Loving grandfather and great grandfather.
A service will be held on Friday, September 4 at 11:00 at Jefferson Barracks. Please meet at Sheridan Park across from the cemetery at 10:30.
