Karen K. Hall

January 6, 1944 — March 23, 2025

Washington, MO

With sadness but grateful hearts, we celebrate the life of Karen K. Hall, who passed away on March 23, 2025. She was a fiercely independent woman who raised her daughters, Gail Hall Carlock and Stacie Hall Herr, with strength, love, and unwavering determination.

Karen is now reunited in heaven with her beloved daughter, Michelle, and her parents, Thomas and Helen Tesone. We take comfort knowing she is whole again, free from illness, and embraced in their loving arms.

Karen’s greatest joy in life was her family, especially her grandchildren, whom she loved. She poured love into every quilt she made, donating thousands of lap quilts to Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital, ensuring that children in need felt warmth and comfort. Her generosity left an imprint on everyone who knew her.

She leaves behind a family who adored her: Tanya Tesone, Gail & Rogie Carlock, Stacie & Dan Herr; grandchildren, Spencer & Maria Carlock, Kullen Carlock & Keely McCann, Caleb Herr & Margaret Vindischman, Seth & Makayla Herr, Zachariah & Mary Kate Herr, Grace Herr, Zayden Herr, and LilliAnna Herr; great-grandchildren; Hunter Herr and Boaz Herr.

Karen’s legacy of love and kindness will forever live in our hearts.

The Celebration of Life will be held at Wyndham Park 8100 Wyndham Park Drive, St. Peters, MO 63376 April 5, 2025, at 11:00 AM, with a gathering to follow.

We want to Thank the Staff at Grandview for their excellent care of our mom. They too are Karen’s family.
