Lamont Patton

The family of Lamont (Monty) Patton of St. Charles, MO is deeply saddened to announce his passing on December 5, 2024, at 72 years old.

Monty will be lovingly missed by his wife of 53 years, Cathy (Wiest) Patton; his children Aaron (Jen), Nikki, Andrea and Kimberly; grandsons Gage (Brittney) Patton, Ty Patton, Giovanni Patton and Kingston Seiler; great grandsons Grayson and Roman Patton. He leaves behind his sister Terry (Patton) Arnold, many nieces and nephews, cousins, and sisters/brothers in law. 

Monty is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Marie Patton.

Monty loved spending time with his family and friends. He took great pride in watching his grandsons and great grandsons play a variety of sports. Mont enjoyed his grandsons immensely. He loved BBQing, spending time outside, Ironworker storytelling, watching wrestling and fishing. Monty was a longtime member of Ironworkers Local 396 in St. Louis. He was compassionate about his work and very proud to be a member.

A Celebration of Life will be held January 11, 2025, from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM at New Town Hall, 3300 Rue Royale Street in St. Charles.
