Larry Gene Spratt

Larry Gene Spratt, of  St. Charles, Missouri, died on Sunday, August 18 2013 at the age of 73.   Survived by wife Rochelle, daughter Tammy Spratt of  California, son David Heller of Idaho.  Preceeded in death by brother David Spratt, sister Jonell Spratt Ballantine.  A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Thursday, August 22, 2013 at the Zion Lutheran Church, 3866 Harvester Rd., St. Charles, Missouri 63304.  Larry was a veteran of the US Navy, he was stationed in Washington D.C..  Larry was a musician in the Navy who played for funeral services of his fallen comrades.  His love of music continued after his time in the military, he was a member of the St. Charles Community Band for seven years as a tuba player.
