Alexander-Eickhorst, Lyla L. (nee: Needham) of Chesterfield, MO, died on Tuesday, August 8, 2017, at the age of 84. Beloved daughter of the late William and Iva Needham; devoted mother of David (Joy) Lampe, Lee Lampe, Jean Burbank, Janet (Terry) Moore, and Matt (Lisa) Lampe; cherished grandmother to many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; loving sister of Joan Kappler, Lyle Needham, and Iris Johansen. She is also preceded in death by two brothers, Steven and Bill Needham.

Private family services will be held.
