Mildred E. Carter at 87 years young passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on September 3, 2015.
She was married to Paul R. Carter (dec) for 53 years. They had two daughters, Glenna Johnson (dec) and Brinda Hough.
She is survived by 3 Grandchildren: Carrie Johnson, Jennifer Skaggs and Stacy Johnson. She is also survived by 3 Great Grandchildren: Kodey Skaggs, Amber Clark and adopted by love, Heather Chabloz.
Mildred was born to James and Lena Rackley in Bardley, MO on October 8, 1927. She was one of ten children.
She is survived by a sister, Pauline Bigler. All other sisters and brothers are deceased. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews who loved her dearly, as well as many friends.
Her memorial service will be held on October 3, 2015 at 1:00pm held at: Joy Community Church, 810 Westwood Industrial Drive, Weldon Springs, MO 63368
