Ora King Gould, 80 years old, of St. Charles, MO, passed away on October 4th 2019.
King was born in Estherville, Iowa, on November 25, 1938. He graduated from Soldan High School.
King was married to Bobbie (nee: Ford) on August 13, 1977. They were married for 42 years.
King worked as a truck driver for F.F. Kirchner for 20 years. He enjoyed fishing and watching Blues hockey games.
King is survived by his loving wife, Bobbie; son, Matthew Gould (Anne); daughter, Jennifer Gould; brother, James Gould (Joyce); grandchildren, Matthew, Ryan, and Jenna; nieces, Julie Gould and Christine Taylor; nephews, Dan Gould (Sara), Jeff Gould (Chris), and Michael Gould (Melissa); cousins, Betty Crim (Steve), Geralyn Sorenson (Larry), Dick Danielson (Gail), Daryl Danielson (Jody), Bob Warrington (Judy), and Laura Voster (Darlowe); and many other family and friends.
King is preceded in death by his father and mother, Ora H. Gould and Alyce W. (nee. Danielson) Gould; brother, Alan Gould (Carolyn); aunts, Martha Blake (Joseph), Evelyn Danielson, Dorothy Evans (Mort), Arvella Warrington (Francis); and uncle, Harold Danielson (Geraldine).
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 AM, Monday October 21st at Northroad Community Church. 1120 Jungs Station Rd. St. Charles, MO 63303. A luncheon will be held at Northroad Community Church immediately after the memorial service. Burial will follow the luncheon at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery at 2 pm.
