Patrick Kenneth Brown

August 8, 1964 — November 26, 2024

Patrick Kenneth Brown, affectionately known as Pat, left this world on November 26, 2024, in St. Charles, Missouri at the age of 60. Born on August 8, 1964, in Florissant, Missouri, Pat was a vibrant tapestry of personality – stubborn yet fun-loving, resilient, fiercely competitive, and held a passion for nostalgia.

Whether it was breaking records on the football field at Hazelwood Central High School, racing his Hemi at Gateway National, riding his Harley to Sturgis, or proudly showing off his classic Corvette and K5 Blazer, he was a force to be reckoned with. Pat had a remarkable talent for taking things apart and fixing anything. On many days he could be found wheeling and dealing for bike and car parts at a swap meet or restoring one of his many vintage Schwinn bikes while listening to the classics on K-SHE 95.

Though life presented a myriad of challenges, including losing his sight and becoming a quadriplegic after a tragic accident, Pat’s strength and determination never wavered.

Pat was the beloved son of the late Shirley Schieferle and Don Brown, cherished brother to Michael (Joan) Brown, Jim (Tracy) Schieferle, and Jamie Schieferle. His legacy will live on through his daughter Macy Ann Brown, who he loved more than life itself and his grandson Roman Kai Browning. He will be remembered not only by his immediate family but also by a host of other relatives and friends whose lives he touched with his infectious smile, humor, and wit.

In honoring Pat’s wishes, he will be cremated with a celebration of his life to be held at a later date. Details will be shared with family and friends in the coming weeks.
