PHYLLIS Juanita Hinchey Born: November 15, 1949 Died: February 15,2015. Phyllis was educated in St. Louis Missouri and graduated from the University Missouri St. Louis with a BS in Psychology and a BS in Criminology in 2004. Born in Pensacola Florida in 1949 to Chester Harold Hinchey and Elaine Genevieve Jackson, who preceded her in death. She moved to Missouri to provide a better life for her family; although she was disabled, Phyllis had a passion for helping people and cared a great deal about children in crisis. She used the degrees she earned to volunteer counseling and guidance to inner city youth in need; her willingness to help knew no bounds. Phyllis was also an avid animal lover who never hesitated to help an animal in need. She was a devoted and true friend with a quirky sense of humor; a loving, understanding and supportive mother; a loving sister to Gloria Cole (Bird); and a dependable trust worthy human being with a talent for seeing the good in a person even when they could not see it themselves. She is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth Womack and Sandra Hinchey and one son Ronald Raphael Womack, five grandchildren, Ave, Alexandria, Raphael, GeJuan, and Chelsea and one great grandchild, Arianna, as well as a wealth of godchildren who all loved her dearly; a very great loss to this world, she will be truly missed.
