Robert E. Sanford

Robert E. Sanford, Jr. 78 years old died September 5, 2024, in St. Charles, Missouri. Loving husband of Norma R. Sanford (nee Hoover) and father of Robert N. Sanford; brother-in-law of Robert J. Hoover (Joyce) and dearest uncle, cousin and friend. 

Robert graduated from Riverview Gardens High School. He later attended Florissant Valley Community College, University of Missouri and Fontbonne University. Robert worked for Missouri Pacific Railroad for 13 years and when the company relocated, he went to work at General Motor in Wentzville, Missouri and was able to retire after 23 years of being a dedicated assembler worker.

The family would like to invite you to celebrate Robert's life at Our Savior Lutheran Church on Thursday, September 19, 2024. The visitation will begin at 2:00pm with service at 3:30pm. 

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Robert's name to the SSM St. Joseph Hospice.
