Conrad, Tamara Christine of O'Fallon, MO passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at the age of 48. Devoted wife of 26 years of Ralph Conrad; loving mother of Allison Conrad and Jacob Conrad; loving daughter of Sharon Musco; dearest sister of Kim Brooks. Tammy was preceded in death by her father, James Brooks.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Calvary Church 3998 Mid Rivers Mall Dr St Peters, MO 73376. Visitation will be at 1:00 pm and the service will be at 2:00 pm in the chapel.
