Tara Ann Hannibal

Tara Ann Hannibal (nee Sheridan) 49, passed away peacefully at home on April 19, 2023.

Tara was born in St. Louis, Missouri and graduated from McCluer High School. She spent 10 years working as a Supervisor of stock transfers at Scottrade before transitioning to a full time homemaker caring for her children.

Tara married her high school sweetheart, Tom Hannibal on September 15, 2001. They were married for 21 years and spent 28 years together.

Tara is survived by her 3 loving children Stephen, Zachary, and Brandon. Dear sister of Bob (Patty) Sheridan and Dan (Pat) Sheridan. Loving daughter in law, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin, and friend to so many.

Tara was a devoted wife, most loving mother, best of friends, and an amazing listener. Her laugh will never be forgotten, and her smile will live on forever. She loved baking and cooking and loved making special holiday meals. An animal lover, Lief her special dog never left her side. Her happiest moments were family dinners and game nights. Deeply loved by her husband, children, family, and friends, Tara will be sadly missed and long remembered by all those who knew and loved her.

Tara is proceeded in death by her parents Don and Fran Sheridan.

A memorial mass will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 10am at Sacred Heart Church in Troy, Missouri. Visitation will be held from 9am to 10am.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the American Cancer Society.
