William "Bill" Shaw

William R. Shaw of Weldon Spring, Missouri, passed away on April 16, 2023.  He was born in Taylorville, Illinois on March 29, 1937.  He was married to Jane just shy of 46 years.  Bill so enjoyed his family & friends.  He was active playing golf, scuba diving (was an instructor for a while), loved boating & playing “Hollywood” gin with his buddies.  Bill & Jane enjoyed traveling with friends & family.  Bill was an avid self-taught home repairman.  He loved helping his friends (& kids) with home repairs.  Bill made the BEST lasagna on the planet. 

He is survived by his wife Jane (Warmack) and children Connie (Henry) Anderson, Mary (Bill) Johnson, Sally (Pat) Sheridan, Michael (Traci) Shaw, Tanya (Mark) Johnson, grandchildren Jon, Laura, Ryan, Evan, Mallory, Kelsey, Sabrina, Gavin and Gus.  He also has two great grandchildren Milo & Kai. He was preceded in death by his parents and five brothers David, Gene, Terry, Bob and Mickey.

Bill’s visitation will be held at 10am with the service immediately following at 11am on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at the Crossing Church, Chesterfiled located at 114 Eatherton Road, Chesterfield Missouri 63005.  Please use the “Family” entrance into the church.  In lieu of flowers, the Family would appreciate donations made to “Living Water International’ (water.cc). Reception immediately following at Old Hickory Golf Club located at #1 Dye Club Drive, St. Peters Missouri, 63104 on Mid Rivers Drive.  Thank you from our family to yours.
